About Us

At Advanced Dermatologic Surgery, our Skin Cancer Specialists are Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeons who are also experts in facial reconstruction. This allows us to successfully remove very serious skin cancers in sensitive and visible areas while also providing our patients with the best possible cosmetic outcomes.  With the Mohs technique, we are able to treat the most common forms of skin cancer, Basal Cell Carcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma. We can also successfully remove the most serious tumors such as Melanoma and even very rare forms like Merkel Cell Carcinomas, Keratoacanthomas, and Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSPs).

Following the Mohs removal of the skin cancer in our comfortable medical office, our patients are admitted to the Medicare certified ADS Ambulatory Surgery Center for reconstruction of the surgical wound. The surgery center is located next door within the same building. This allows our surgeons to safely close each wound and minimize the risk for post-op infection. This process allows our physicians to conveniently complete tumor removal, pathological verification of full removal, and reconstruction are all performed on the same day.
